ARIMUS
Deep beneath the glowing Crystal Mountains of Morphania lived a young Super Morph named Arimus. Unlike the other Morphs, who loved racing through lava tunnels and practising thunder powers, Arimus preferred exploring forgotten caves and studying the ancient symbols carved into the marble walls.
Arimus was small, round, and covered in swirling silver and blue patterns that shimmered whenever he became excited. On his chest glowed a mysterious golden symbol nobody could explain. The elders believed it was connected to the legendary Heart Crystal — a magical stone said to protect the entire Super Morph Kingdom.
One stormy evening, the sky above Morphania suddenly turned dark green. Lightning cracked across the clouds and the mountains began to shake. The mighty Heart Crystal had vanished.
Without it, the rivers stopped glowing, the trees lost their colour, and the floating marble islands slowly began falling from the sky.
The Great Council called for the bravest warriors to search for the crystal, but none returned. Finally, old Master Vellor looked toward Arimus.
“You carry the Mark of the First Morph,” he whispered. “Only you can find the Heart Crystal.”
Arimus trembled. He had never been on a real adventure before.
The next morning he packed a tiny satchel with glow berries, a compass stone, and his favourite lucky marble. As he crossed the Whispering Forest, strange creatures watched him from the shadows. Giant bouncing Slime Hoppers blocked his path, but Arimus used his cleverness rather than fighting. He distracted them by rolling glowing berries down the hill while he quietly slipped past.
Days later, he reached the Cavern of Echoes where he discovered the truth.
The Heart Crystal had not been stolen.
It had hidden itself.
A giant shadow beast named Morgrath had awakened beneath the mountains, feeding on fear and anger. The crystal had sealed itself away to stop Morgrath from corrupting its magic.
Suddenly the cave shook violently as Morgrath emerged from the darkness. His eyes glowed red and his voice boomed like thunder.
“You are too weak to stop me, little Morph!”
Arimus was terrified, but then the golden symbol on his chest began shining brighter than ever before. Ancient energy rushed through him. He realised the symbol was not a mark of strength…
…it was a mark of courage.
Arimus stepped forward bravely.
“I may be small,” he said firmly, “but courage is stronger than fear.”
The Heart Crystal exploded with brilliant light. Rainbow energy flooded the cavern and wrapped around Morgrath, slowly shrinking the beast until he became nothing more than a tiny black pebble.
The mountains stopped shaking.
The rivers glowed once more.
And high above Morphania, the floating islands rose back into the sky.
When Arimus returned home, thousands of Super Morphs lined the streets cheering his name. The Great Council placed the legendary Crystal Crown upon his head.
From that day onward, Arimus became known across the kingdom as:
Arimus the Brave — Guardian of the Heart Crystal and the greatest Super Morph who ever lived.
